Once you've told us that you're going to buy your home, our solicitors will deal directly with your solicitor. This is known as conveyancing.
If the transaction is not completed within 4 months of the date of the offer notice, we'll send you a notice telling you to complete the sale. This is called an 'initial notice to complete'.
If you do not answer within 8 weeks of that notice, we'll send you a final notice to complete the sale.
If you do not answer within 8 weeks of the final notice, we'll withdraw your application.
