We'll tell you our decision within 4 weeks if you've been a Royal Greenwich tenant for 3 years or more. It'll be 8 weeks if you've had a different landlord.

This is called the 'Landlord's notice in response to tenant's right to claim'.

If we do not accept your application, we'll give you the reason why.

Planned works and improvements

When you apply to buy your home under this scheme, any works due to be carried out will be cancelled. We'll also remove the property from any improvement programmes, except where we have a legal responsibility to do the work.  

This is because the valuation is based on the date you apply to buy your home and any improvements or repairs done after that date would affect the valuation.
