Other ways to pay

If you do not pay your council housing charges by Direct Debit or bank standing order, you must remember to pay them on time another way.

Pay by bank standing order

You can set up a standing order to pay your housing charges weekly, fortnightly or monthly from your bank account.

If we tell you the amount you need to pay has changed, you'll need to update your standing order.

Use these details to set up a standing order:

  • reference: use your payment reference number
  • account name: Royal Borough of Greenwich 4
  • account number: 11464763
  • sort code: 60-24-26
  • bank name: National Westminster Bank PLC

You must use your payment reference number to set up a bank standing order. If you do not, your payment may get lost, and your account could go into arrears.
