Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your council housing charges, because:
The date you'd like your payments to go out can be the 2, 7, 14, 22, 28 or the last working day of the month.
If there's a change to the payment amount, we'll send you a letter about the change 2 weeks in advance.

You'll need to call us to get the authorisation form. All tenants and the person who pays your charges must sign it. We'll then contact the person who pays your charges to set up the Direct Debit.
You'll still be responsible for making sure your housing charges are paid.

If 2 people need to authorise Direct Debits from your bank account, download, print and fill in the housing charges Direct Debit form:
We'll write to you to confirm your Direct Debit. This will be at least 10 working days before your first payment is due. If someone else is paying your bills for you, we'll still write to you to confirm it's been set up.
